Yeasterday we spent a good evening at son Jens, Pia and Mikkel.
Christmas Day we went to church. We heard a long sermon about the Word (Logos) that created every thing. It also works on your place, in your life and in your home. (Tulinius)
A grey day, melting snow all day long. Nothing to do for a photographer, so I found a sunny picture from Malta. It may remind of the little mermaid.
I will start baking two white loaves. To morrow we will be 15 to lunch here at Dybdalsvej 5.

Thuesday, 15th October 2009.
To day I took my little 500 lbs trailer and loaded it with old news-papers, gardenwaste, boards and other stuff to throw away.
Not many years ago we would deliver our waste into a gravel pit.
Here is how we now a days go to the municipal sorting place. Even used cardboard egg containers (12-15 pieces) are separated in order not to contaminate with salmonella.
Wednesday, 14th October 2009.
These days the starlings are passing south. They spent the nights in big meadows with reed. Our son in law, Peder Just, who is an ornithologist (amateur), showed us the phenominon. Like a smoke 1000's of starlings come and settle with a rush. Some scientists are studying Swarmintelligens.
Tuesday, 6th of October 2009.
Leaves are falling. We had 6 C grades this morning. An Admiral (vanessa atalanta) sat on the sunny side of the oaktree enjoying the sunshine. It has had one summer, but it does*nt know.
At 10 o'clock Rigmor and I are invited to coffee with Regnar and Else. In a few days they will go to Thailand and not return until 27th of March 2010.

This weekend grandchild Ditte is visiting us. She studies to become a teacher. Just now Rigmor and Ditte went shopping. (Picture: see Dagbogsblade.)
